Kevin, Jann and Aster, are the owner/operators of Fox & Hen Farm. We are a small hill farm on 10 acres in Menifee County, Kentucky. We are first generation farmers who moved to Kentucky a decade ago for work and decided we liked it too much to leave!

We are now raising our daughter on our farm and enjoy seeing things anew through her eyes. Land stewardship and community resiliency are at the heart of the work we do at the farm. We aim to make mindful decisions daily that will positively benefit future generations. We grow and raise vegetables, fruits and herbs that we make into value-added products. We also raise laying hens, sheep and pigs. We currently focus our value-added efforts on jams, jellies, butters (non-dairy), dehydrated snacks and baked goods. All of our products include a farm-grown and/or local main ingredient(s). As the processor on the farm, Jann is passionate about growing plants and feeding people. She focuses her effort on providing people local options for her two favorite meals: breakfast & snack-time! She makes
